Terms, Digital Delivery & Refunds
Terms for Memorial Print Wiz digital templates, proof approval, downloads and support.
What you purchase
A program purchase costs USD14.90; a matching set costs USD24.90. The product is the digital files described on the pricing page for one memorial design. No physical printing, shipping, newspaper publication or ceremony service is included. There is no subscription.
Proof approval
Review all names, dates, text, photos and page layouts before payment or printing. You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and for permission to use text and images. We provide layout tools, not verification of personal facts or religious requirements.
Access and editing
Confirmed payment unlocks the purchased package for 30 days. During that time, you can edit and download the same memorial design. Download files before access expires. Keep your private link secure; it grants access to your design. Retain your receipt for support.
Technical problems and refund requests
If payment succeeds but you cannot access your files, or a file is defective, email support@rendun.co with your receipt and a description. We will investigate and work to resolve the problem. Refund requests are reviewed individually; your statutory consumer rights are not excluded. Do not pay again while a payment is being checked.
Printing and compatibility
Programs support Letter or A4 folded layouts; cards are 5 × 7 inches. Files do not include bleed, crop marks or Word/Canva source documents. Print a test copy and check your printer’s requirements. We cannot guarantee results from every printer or third-party print shop.

Memorial Print Wiz is operated by RENDUN LIMITED. Contact support@rendun.co. You must be able to enter a purchase agreement and authorised to use the materials you upload.
