Privacy Policy
How Memorial Print Wiz handles your design, photo, private link, payment email and feedback.
Your design and photo
Your form and optional photo are uploaded to generate PDFs and previews. Photos are re-encoded without original metadata. Designs are accessible through a random private link; anyone who has it can access them. They are not listed publicly. Keep the link private.
Storage and deletion
Unpaid designs and generated files expire after 7 days. Paid files expire 30 days after confirmed payment. You can delete a design earlier using its private page. Pending payment files are retained until the payment is reconciled, to avoid losing a paid purchase. Minimal transaction and support records are retained for accounting and dispute handling.
Payment and email
PayPal processes your payment; we do not collect full card numbers. We store the transaction reference, amount and status. The email you provide receives a purchase confirmation and private link from support@rendun.co. It is not a marketing subscription.
Logs, feedback and measurement
We keep service access logs and aggregate counts of design creation, checkout and payment. A referring domain or entry page may be recorded for acquisition analysis, without form text. Feedback and optional email are stored and forwarded to support, retained for up to a year. Network identifiers are hashed for short-term rate limiting. No design content is sent to an AI provider in this release.
